My first oc for a Onepiece fanfic.
He's the proud leader of the Skully pirates.

Character: Optimistic and reckless,with the joke always ready, with his brilliant but absurd ideas.
Despite the appearance of light-hearted idiot, is actually a kind attentive and thoughtful, but he's never serious.

The tricorn-shaped brooch with a skull. (A pirate is not a REAL pirate without a fine hat.)
The sun-glasses, which remains even at night.

POWERS:
 
Tom owns the fruit-LIFE LIFE paramisha category; that allows you to distribute at will the life energy between himself and the creatures that he touched, even if it takes a couple seconds because we can account for the effect .
Tom can take the life energy of other creatures to cure himself, or just store it and use it when appropriate.
It may also transfer this energy to heal the wounds of others.
The curative effect is immediate, as well as the weakening caused by the energy drain, but the energy is sucked can recover with a good night's sleep.

Tom's gun, (originally created for Spandam and then stolen) also owns a fruit and the fruit of this is the gun-WEIGHT WEIGHT paramisha category.
The gun can fire three types of bullets:
Bullet-normal, normal bullets that explode on impact, such as those supplied to the navy.
Projectiles-heavy, dark blue, which increase the weight of what strike; up to a maximum of 100 times the original weight.
Projectiles-light, light blue, which reduce the weight of what affect, to reduce the original weight of 100 times.
The heavy and light bullets do not damage the target, the impact creates a muffled sound and "enter" into the target, without damaging it. Still retain speed, weight and normal trajectory of bullets.
